Accessing the Client

Please utilize the following steps to view and submit support tickets online:

1. From any web browser, go to https://geniuseducation.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.

2. Click on the My Activities button on the top left of the screen.

3. If you have previously emailed help but this is your first time logging into the portal you will need to get a password. Click on the “Have you emailed us? Get a Password” link in the bottom left corner.

4. Enter the email address that you used to email help and follow the instructions to get your password.

5. Once you have set up your password, you can login with your email/password combination.  

Your tickets can be found under *My Activities*
